Samsung’s Experience Stores in Australia is now being led by Retail Prodigy Group as the lead operations partner. In a statement, Samsung said the appointment came with the drive of the company to evolve its customer experience, with RPG having a proven track record in its work with Nike and Toms providing outstanding retail experiences.
“At Samsung, our branded retail experience remains integral to building and maintaining this trust with our customers,” said Samsung Australia’s mobile division vice president Garry McGregor.

McGregor further added that they are seeing a dynamic shift in buying behavior towards outright ownership of smartphones. At the same time, they also see customers choosing branded channels as their purchase destination.
“As such, these spaces and experiences need to reflect the innovation, craftsmanship, and design we deliver in our products.” he concurs.
Stephen Younane, the co-founder of Retail Prodigy Group, expressed their excitement to partner with Samsung. They will work together with the tech company’s head office to deliver a strong customer experience.
