Moro Hub has partnered with Emirates NBD Bank to provide the bank with an omnichannel platform called Moro Connect. The platform built on the technology powered by Avaya OneCloud is an all-in-one Cloud Communications solution for Contact Centre as a Service (CCaaS). It will drive the bank’s profitability and competitiveness and improve agent desktop experiences by integrating core systems.
The Dubai Electricity and Water Authority’s (DEWA) MD and CEO, HE Saeed Mohammed Al Tayer said Moro Hub is operating following the Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE, HH Sheik Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum. Their main objective is to enhance and streamline access to data as a leading data hub.
