According to a press release, Digital Domain, a visual effects company, and Plaza Premium Group, a hospitality leader, have joined forces to introduce AI-powered virtual assistants at airport kiosks. This collaboration aims to redefine hospitality experiences for travellers.
A press conference at Taoyuan International Airport showcased a virtual concierge modelled after the singer Teresa Teng. The kiosk offered travellers real-time services like explaining lounge offerings, navigating routes and answering airport vicinity inquiries.
Founder and CEO of Plaza Premium Group, Song Hoi See, serves as a valuable resource in the partnership.
