Senheng® Electric (KL) Sdn. Bhd. is one of the leading consumer electronics chain stores in Malaysia. First started in 1989 as a consumer electrical appliances shop in a small, half shoplot, it has since grown into more than 100 branches across Malaysia and recorded the best-ever revenue of RM1.4 billion in FY2021. Helmed by the Lim brothers, K.H., K.C. and K.Y., Senheng® has gained its reputation and credibility that has made waves in the industry through progressive, forward looking, and innovative touches.

Our mission is “共创美好生活”, or can be translated to “Together, towards a better quality of living”. Therefore, we create and deliver value to our customers, and these include:

Quality
Our products are branded and from reputable suppliers with a high standard of quality control. Our customers can access various quality bathroom, bedroom, living room systems to kitchen appliances and electronics in our stores.

We provide professional in-store and after-sales services; we ensure timely shipment of goods from warehouse to stores and to customers. We are also a reliable organisation with over 100 stores established nationwide, coupled with fast and efficient customer service for all matters.

Peace of Mind
All Senheng and senQ Sales Personnel underwent stringent training programmes to enhance service professionalism as well as product knowledge. We provide various care plans too, known as V-Care, to make sure that products bought are protected.

We also provide One to One Replacement Programme for small aplliances, and a FREE 1-Year Extra Warranty Program for other products and digital gadgets, a special benefit for our PlusOne members.

Convenience
We provide a variety of electronic appliance from home to kitchen, from computer to smartphones. We are the one-stop consumer electronic retailer for you. We also offer multiple payment methods, as we have different payment options for you to choose from, such as BNPL (Buy Now Pay Later) programmes, credit card installments, and AEON Credit.

You can visit any of our stores for after-sales service and repairs. We also provide delivery right to your doorstep as well.

OUR STRATEGIES

PlusOne Loyalty Program
The program was launched back in year 2002, offering a series of rewards and benefits to about 3.28mil members. The cardless membership program allows PlusOne members to check their membership details using our very own Senheng App. Their PlusOne Points, e-warranty, e-receipts are all easily retrieved from the app.

S-Coin
We also have our own reward system called S-Coin for our members. It is as good as cash! When our PlusOne members shop with us, they can earn S-Coin and redeem them during their next purchase. Our PlusOne members enjoy rebates and redemption through this reward system and we also get to keep our PlusOne members in our Senheng ecosystem. In the near future, it will soon become the currency of Senheng to work together with third party merchants on our Senheng App.

Dual Brand Strategy
We also employ a Dual Brand Strategy (Senheng and senQ are our brands under this Dual Brand Strategy).

Senheng operates with a traditional model, based on the street shop model. We build on location marketing, capitalising on the advantage of being near to residential areas, therefore providing convenience and accessibility to consumers. Senheng targets the middle income audience, featuring more mid-price products to cater to their preferences.

senQ is the sister brand of Senheng – it takes on a contemporary retail concept and located in shopping malls. Targeting at the modern and young urban folks, it position itself as a premium electronic & digital station chain store, which carries premium products and gadgets.
