Sompo Japan Enhances The CX With A No-Code Platform

EasySend, a no-code platform for building and optimising digital customer journeys, is making its move into the Japanese insurance market. The organisation is partnering with Sompo Japan to introduce its no-code platform into Sompo’s marine insurance accident notification system.

Because of the recent growth in digital transformation and the rapid evolution of digital technologies, consumers’ needs have become diverse, complex, and rapidly evolving, requiring fast and ongoing support and development.

Sompo Digital labs concentrate on fostering digital transformation, exploring innovative, emerging start-ups, and undertaking joint Proof of Concept projects with the various business units of SOMPO Holding to meet customers’ evolving needs and preferences.

Sompo Digital Labs played a crucial role in launching Sompo Japan’s no-code development platform for EasySend. This introduction culminated in a trade agreement between the two companies to enhance the customer experience (CX) and work efficiency of Sompo Japan.

EasySend provides banks and insurance and financial services firms in Europe, the United States, and Israel with a cloud-based, no-code development platform. In a concise amount of time, the firm turns paperwork into interactive journeys.

The EasySend platform does not require any programming skills. It enables non-developers with an intuitive drag-and-drop interface and pre-made models to quickly and easily construct digital journeys. The platform dramatically enhances customer experience (CX) and decreases both time to market and operating costs.

EasySend helps organisations flexibly adapt to the ever-changing market climate and consumer needs by creating digital journeys to maximise customer engagement and operational performance.
