Improving Customer Experience In Healthcare Industry

The Experience Design Studio (XDS), a digital full-service customer experience agency, reported a growth boost, adding many new customers to its increasing roster and dramatically growing relationships with a range of current customers. XDS, which was honored with numerous awards by both W3 and Davey this year, has been brought on to improve the online positioning, digital marketing, presence of social media, and overall branding of each company. These consumer wins have been added to the current XDS array of existing customers spanning the largest healthcare names.

These recent market wins draw on the already strong track record of XDS in providing consumers with breakthrough digital healthcare strategies. The new clients and core partnerships that have been extended include:

Vesper Medical 

As the business continues to expand, XDS has collaborated with Vesper Medical to help redesign its online site and develop its digital media footprint.

PrognomIQ 

As the new business enters the market in Q4, XDS is helping PrognomIQ develop its branding and web presence.

MC2 Therapeutics

MC2 has formally made XDS its strategic partner in developing and operating its digital assets internationally, building on its current partnership to help MC2 commercialize and sell its Wynzora and Biomee products.

Intersect ENT 

XDS has relaunched Intersect’s sinuva.com website with fresh branding and features as it seeks to build on its successful relationship. At the same time, expanding its social media, SEO, and SEM support for the company and its products.
