Deliver Seamless Customer Experience With Personalization And Digital Platforms

Under the terms of the agreement, Blue Air will continue to use the automated retail reservations platform of Navitaire’s New Skies as its passenger service system (PSS). Plus, it will add the pricing optimization of Navitaire and solutions for GoNow day-of-departure. The relationship with Navitaire, an Amadeus enterprise, has been expanded by Blue Air.

Blue Air aims to extend the usage of Navitaire’s technologies to have the best ultra-low-cost consumer service in the class and to strengthen its capabilities in personalization, advanced retailing, data, and digital platforms. New Skies enables Blue Air to deliver a seamless, multi-channel, digital customer experience across the journey of its passengers, making it easy to book flights and ancillary services. 

With the intuitive agent implementation of Navitaire’s GoNow day-of-departure system integrated with customer self-service tools, for fast and simple passenger service, the airline also aims to deliver an enhanced travel experience at the airport. New Skies and GoNow are closely integrated, as with all solutions from Navitaire.

Blue Air can also take advantage of the machine learning-powered ancillary pricing optimization approach from Navitaire to help tailor personalization, maximize sales, and improve ancillary revenue uptake. And as Blue Air takes its next steps to become a more data-driven airline in its digital journey, Navitaire’s abundant, real-time data is readily available through all the interconnected platforms of Navitaire.
