Oracle Digital Experience for Communications is a suite of industry-specific apps that collect and analyze front and back-office customer interaction data.

Since the TM Forum’s Open Digital Architecture and Open APIs are enabled by Digital Experience for Communications, service providers can easily integrate existing applications with the solution to provide a clear and accurate view of customer and billing data.
The solution provides service providers with data and tools to enhance how they develop and launch service offers, sell across platforms, fulfill and monetize services, and provide proactive treatment, combined with a new user interface designed for the specific workflows of the industry.
